The company was formed in 2018 when the three directors noticed a gap in the Peterlee market for top quality office space. In the midst of many offices sitting idle, it became apparent that if you had a pro-active landlord who is willing to upgrade existing quality space then lettings will follow.
With the owners having a background of over 30+ years in engineering and property construction they are the perfect team to re-model the space into unrivalled space in the area. In the process of letting half the first building the company expanded quickly to purchasing the whole 100,000 sq ft site and carried on methodically upgrading and improving the environment.
